The Women’s Refugee Commission invites you to join them in celebrating safe livelihoods, by sharing your best photos of women from around the world, working safely and securely in refugee or displacement settings. They want to reinforce the idea that the only appropriate “women’s work” is safe work – through your creative vision.
So send in your best photo or photos (up to five) that best depict women being empowered through safe work.
An expert jury (see below) will select four finalists from the submissions. These four finalists will receive nifty prizes as well as have their photos featured on the Women’s Refugee Commission website’s. Then, their online community will vote on these finalists to determine the Community Choice winner.
