The Bridge Leadership Foundation (TBLF) is now accepting applications for its annual Graduate Employability Training Program. They are looking for young graduates who want to sharpen their skills and become better equipped for the labour market.

TBLF has a vision to raise a community of inspired, equipped and influential young leaders who lead themselves and others; The Bridge Leadership Foundation, a Leadership and Mentoring Foundation is assisting graduates in building their skills in employability for personal effectiveness and Career enhancement through its Graduate Employability Training Programme.
About the Program
The TBLF Graduate Employability Training Programme seeks to invest in the employability potential of young Nigerians particularly those residing in Cross River State by delivering to them cutting – edge orientation and corporate skill acquisition with a view to creating high value personnel; equipped to transit seamlessly from school to the workplace.
The training is scheduled to take place from April 22nd – 26th, 2013.
Eligibility
- Must be available to participate in the program in Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria
- Must be a graduate (from any discipline) between the ages of 20 – 35 years
- Self – driven
- Willingness to learn & readiness to work
Successful candidates will be invited to the screening session. Candidates are advised to attend with the following documents:
