Karsh International Scholarship for Students to Study in USA

Students worldwide are invited to apply for the Karsh International Scholarship, a merit-based full scholarship for international students at Duke University. The Karsh International Scholarship was created to bring together top students from all over the world. Karsh scholars literally embody the ideas of “global citizenship” and boundary-crossing.

Scholarship Value

Karsh International Scholarships cover tuition, room and board, mandatory fees, and demonstrated need that exceeds those costs. In addition the scholarship covers up to $7000 of funding for research/service opportunities during the three summers prior to graduation. Karsh Scholars may also apply for support for necessities, such as computers.

Beyond financial assistance, a cohort of students from all over the world, a faculty advisor, a graduate student mentor, and additional mentoring support from the Office of Undergraduate Scholars and Fellows.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Students worldwide are invited to apply
  • Strong academic preparation and documented need for financial aid. International undergraduate applicants to Duke who have demonstrated need will be considered for the Karsh Scholarship.

To apply for this scholarship, Simply apply to Duke University. International students may also qualify to have their need met by other Duke University scholarship programs.
