Forex trading is one of the industries operating 24 hours a day and five days a week. Most people have taken this lucrative method to make money online. Therefore, this has created numerous chances to get a job and start a career in the finance world.

Working in this finance field requires you to know and comply with the set laws and regulations. These are the standards set to govern financial accounts and transactions. In addition, there are those jobs that require excellent candidates with specific skills and have passed their exams.

If you can get a chance to work outside your country, starting a career in forex could give you excitement when living abroad. It doesn’t matter where you choose to work from, but knowing other languages such as Russian, French, Spanish, Cantonese, Japanese, Arabic, and more could give you an added advantage.

And because there are various career options in the forex market, this article provides you with an overview of three major careers. But before that, these positions will have different names depending on the company.

Let’s get started:

  1. Forex Market Analyst

One of the lucrative career opportunities in the forex market is a position as a forex market analyst. In this position, you can work for a brokerage firm. The role of a forex market analyst is performing research and analyses where you will be writing daily market commentary in regards to the forex market and political or economic issues affecting the value of currencies.

Professionals working as currency researchers use technical, quantitative, and fundamental analysis in executing their opinions. This helps them produce top-notch content, fast, while also learning -which is made easier with the use of free forex robots.

In addition, working in this position gives individuals and institutions news and analysis, helping them make informed trading decisions.

  • Forex Industry Regulator

The other career opportunity is working as a forex industry regulator. In this position, you prevent fraud and can still hold various positions. This is because regulatory bodies have to hire different specialists to work in different countries.

The position also gives you a chance to either work in the public or private sectors. Working in this position requires accounting skills with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

  • Forex Account Manager/ Institutional Trader/ Professional Trader

When you trade forex for long and become successful, you will become a professional trader. However, working as a forex account manager plays a significant role in this career position. This is because hedge funds and currency mutual funds dealing with forex trading will need your services to help them decide when buying and selling their assets. In addition, you can also manage individual accounts, make trade decisions and execute trades depending on clients’ goals. Or the risks associated.
