How the Program Works
The innovative program offers a unique one-year virtual interactive experience within a secure, passcode-protected website, ensuring a safe space for open and candid conversations. Here’s what you can expect:
- Inspiring Webinars: Through web-based sessions, engage with global experts from diverse fields.
- Thought-Provoking Assignments: Tackle pressing global issues and life skills while sharing your insights and learning from fellow colleagues.
- Kectil Colleague Connection: Build connections with like-minded youth from various countries on the internal social platform.
- Kectil World Youth Network: Access valuable resources such as Kectil Podcasts, Kectil Blogs, Kectil Youth Panels, and participate in Kectil Campaigns.
Award
The Kectil Certificates celebrate exceptional achievement and active participation within the Kectil Program. They award three types of certificates at the end of the program.

The Kectil Special Awards for engagement celebrate excellence in engagement for all assignments throughout the program with two distinct categories.
- Most Engaging Assignments
- Most Engaging Colleagues.
Eligibility
- Applicant must be a passionate young leader between 17-26 years;
- Have computer access, a stable internet connection, and the ability to communicate in English.
- They also expect all Kectil Colleagues to uphold the Kectil Code, which emphasizes full respect for one another, regardless of nationality, religion, gender, or culture.
