Earth Company Impact Hero Class of 2025 ($100k+ grant)

Applications are open for the Earth Company Impact Hero Class of 2025. The world needs more changemakers who can solve the world’s most pressing issues and create a regenerative world that holistically enhances planetary well-being. They are called Impact Heroes.

These visionary leaders, driven by bottomless passion and resolute determination, achieve paradigm shifts and build inclusive pathways for regenerative futures ensuring a better world for all. Earth Company selects up to ten exceptional changemakers from the Asia-Pacific to join the year-long Lead-to-Regenerate (L2R) acceleration program. By the end, one hero will emerge as the “Impact Hero of the Year” and receive additional customized support from Earth Company to further their transformative work.

Benefits

Those selected as a member of the Impact Heroes Class of 2025 will join Lead-to-Regenerate Acceleration Program for one year.

Support contents:

  • Online seminar series
  • Heroes Bali camp (15-19, Apr, 2025, fully-covered)
  • Mentoring sessions
  • Opportunity building

In addition to the above, for those selected as the Impact Hero of the year will receive 3 years customized support including:

  • Tailor-made fundraising (US$100k +)
  • Leadership coaching
  • Marketing support
  • Business development
  • Management consulting

Eligibility

  • Open to applicants who are working on projects in developing countries around the Asia-Pacific region: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, India, Indonesia, Kiribati, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, New Caledonia, Niue, North Korea, Pakistan, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Vietnam
  • Earth Company is agnostic about number of years in operation, organizational maturity, sectoral focus, nationality, age, gender and academic credentials. For-profit companies and nonprofit organizations – and everything in between – are eligible. While most successful candidates run organizations with annual budgets in the range of $100k-$1m, they welcome applications from smaller and larger organizations.
  • They accept applications from former applicants, former candidates, and previous Impact Hero finalists.

Selection Criteria

  • Authentic: Integrity and genuineness in the motivation of his/her life work
  • Irreplaceable: One-of-a-kind qualities and unique role that cannot be substituted for
  • Future-oriented: Aims to realize alternative futures characterized by inclusivity and regeneration
  • Passionate: Blazing passion, energy, and conviction that fuels his/her work
  • Inspirational: Extraordinary ability to inspire the world through his/her life work
  • Leadership: Strong potential to lead his/her community or even country to a brighter future
  • Grounded: A role model with deep trust and respect from the community

Application

  • Fill out the application form
  • Submit video statement: Record yourself answering the following question: “Why do you think you are an Impact Hero?” within a maximum length of 1 minute.
    • Tell them your story and convince them!
    • This can be recorded on whatever device you have available to you, e.g. your mobile phone.
    • Upload it to YouTube, as unlisted, or Google Drive and share the link in the application form.
    • Any video longer than 1 min will not be considered.
