Deadline: September 11, 2024

Applications are open for the FoundersBoost Startup Pre-Accelerator Program – Toronto 2024. The FoundersBoost is seeking applications for its global pre-accelerator program operating locally with a mission to lead pre-seed stage startups towards Accelerators, Investment, and Revenue.

The program provides high quality one-on-one mentorship and large global network to help accelerate the growth of startups accepted. The program takes no equity and charges no fees, which is paramount in the ethos of putting founders first. This is made possible by local sponsors and the dedication of the gifted program leaders and mentors.

Post-program, startups might receive investment from the program’s partner, FoundersBoost Fund, which invests exclusively in FoundersBoost founders who opt-in. But to be crystal clear, investment is not guaranteed for being in the program. FoundersBoost Fund will not ask for any preferential terms for being a part of the program and typically makes investments from twenty-five to seventy-five thousand dollars.

Program Details

  • Each cohort meets one evening weekly for three hours over a 6-week period (typically from 6pm-9pm). Each session brings the best speakers and mentors to work with the promising pre-seed/seed stage startups who get accepted. The program culminates in a Demo Day. Additionally, there is a Global Investor Showcase for all the programs that provides even further exposure for accepted startups.
  • The program naturally integrates into a founders schedule on a part-time weekly basis to create an iterative cycle of accountability and growth that maximizes and compounds the learnings and insights gained each week. Each program only accepts an average of seven startups, which ensures individual attention can be placed on each founder. As such, they only accept startups who are committed to building their startups and who are ready to participate in the process in order to accelerate their growth.

They are looking for companies:

  • in Analytics, HR Solutions, Machine Learning (ML), SaaS, Start-ups, Adtech, Green Technology, Hardware Development, Social Innovation, Cleantech, AgriTech, EdTech, FinTech, Marketplaces, LegalTech, SportsTech, Manufacturing Tech, HealthTech, Logistics Tech, AI Deployment;
