Scale AI Canada STEM Youth Awareness Program for Nonprofits 2025 (up to $150,000)

Applications are open for the Scale AI Canada STEM Youth Awareness Program for Nonprofits 2025. Scale AI is launching a new project call as part of its STEM program (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), aiming to engage more than 10,000 youth across Canada. This initiative aims to pursue Scale AI’s mission to focus on education in artificial intelligence and data science for pre-university students from all backgrounds.

With a budget of $600,000 allocated for this Call for projects, this program enables organizations to propose concrete projects that improve access to STEM careers and foster the development of a more inclusive and diverse workforce.

Funding

  • Reimbursement of up to 100% of eligible costs, with a maximum of $150,000 per project for a total of $600,000 for all projects.

Eligibility

  • Open to Non-profit organizations established in Canada.
  • Initiatives for training in artificial intelligence and data science.
  • Applying organizations must be based in Canada.
  • Projects must benefit Canadian pre-university students.
  • Minimum of 1,000 participants per program.
  • An approach valuing diversity and inclusion is an asset.

Application deadline is April 15, 2025. The Scale AI team will only contact the selected projects.
