NRC is seeking a Programme Lead for the anticipated Somalia Empowering Women through Education and Skills “Rajo Kaaba” Project, funded by the World Bank (WB) through the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Higher Education (MoECHE). The project aims to enhance literacy, numeracy, socioemotional skills, and market-relevant vocational training for young women and men (ages 15-35) across various regions of Somalia.

6. Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Advisor Somalia Mogadishu

The TVET Adviser will provide strategic direction, ensure quality assurance in project implementation, and lead mentoring, training, and capacity-building efforts for staff on TVET. They will oversee project compliance with the project agreement, WB regulations, and TVET standards while representing the project in coordination forums, stakeholder meetings, and engagements with government officials and donors.

The Project Specialist will assist in the design and implementation of project activities, while ensuring high quality, accuracy, and consistency of work.
