The Africa Elevate Scholarship programme is specifically designed to provide a leg-up for talented people – to elevate careers with a spark that INMA is uniquely in a position to provide. INMA is about the business of journalism. And they seek to provide a portal to opportunities whether your future interest is audience development, product & tech, advertising, marketing, or data.

Eligibility
- Must be employed by a news media organisation in Africa.
- Must be below age 35.
- Must be in the news industry less than 5 years.
- Must be physically based full-time in Africa.
- Must be below senior management level.
- Must demonstrate a need for on-the-job training and education.
- Must aspire to learn more about the business of news.
- Must aim to be in news media for the long-term and, potentially, a future leader.
- Must commit to participating in all four modules.
