Technovation 2015 is a mobile software development challenge targeted towards girls. The mission of Technovation is to empower young women to use technology to make the world a better place. In 2014, 1,500 girls from around the globe developed 362 mobile apps, making Technovation the largest global technology entrepreneurship programme for girls.
The theme of this year’s challenge is to create an app to address a community problem or issue. Teams will define the community issue as part of the curriculum steps before defining their solution.
