Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) is working with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), to place and support young graduates to improve the quality of education, youth participation in governance and to help secure livelihoods in communities and to strengthen a culture of national volunteering.
We are looking for Corp members who would be in the orientation camp in the following states in Nigeria: Kano, Zamfara, Lagos, Kwara, Nassarawa and Niger and are willing to work with VSO.
VSO is the world’s leading independent international development organisations that works through volunteers to fight poverty in developing countries. In Nigeria, our unique but not exclusive, contribution is to identify and work in emergent areas using highly qualified volunteers to address poverty and the marginalisation of youth in an holistic way.

Eligibility
- National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members posted to Kano, Zamfara, Lagos, Kwara, Nassarawa and Niger states in Nigeria
- Willing to work with VSO
- Flexible, open-minded, passionate and genuine commitment to learning and working.
Criteria
- Kano (Education):
- Degree in Education, Science, English, Maths
- Zamafara (Livelihood – Agric):
- Degree in Agric econs. Agric ext or other related discipline
- Lagos (Governance):
- Degree in Political sc., Govt., Mass Communication and other related discipline
- Kwara (Education):
- Degree in education, science, English, Maths
- Nassarawa (Livelihood and Education):
- Degree in Agric econs. Agric ext or other related discipline
- Niger (Livelihood – Agric):
- Degree in Agric econs. Agric ext or other related discipline
How to apply
- Report to your Orientation camp if posted in the above mentioned States in Nigeria
