What some of the entrants had to say:
“Opportunity Desk has been my window to a world of possibilities. For a young leader in Malawi, your platform has been my go-to source for inspiration and learning. The stories of other young changemakers have shown me that my dreams are valid and that age is not a barrier to making a real difference in my community.” – Andy Mundori (Malawi)
“OD was one of the first platforms that made global opportunities feel real for me. I used it during my early scholarship searches, and it helped me understand timelines and requirements. Later, as a mentor, I shared OD links with my students almost every week. Some of them found the programs that changed their paths through those links. OD gives young people hope and direction, and I am one of the people who found their footing through it.” – Goodness Ajamu (Türkiye)
“Opportunity Desk has exposed me to life-changing learning opportunities, leadership programs, and global platforms that support young changemakers. Through OD, I have developed more confidence in applying for international opportunities and gained knowledge that helps me strengthen my work in my community. The platform has inspired me to think bigger, connect with other young leaders, and continue working for positive change in Sierra Leone.” – Koroma Mohamed (Sierra Leone)
