Restless Development, global agency for youth-led development is looking for a Global Advocacy Manager at their London office. They support young people to demand and deliver a just and sustainable world for all. This global agency is run out of ten strategic hubs in ten countries across Africa, Asia and in the UK and USA, with a wider network of partners across the world. They work to make sure young people have a voice, living, sexual rights, and are leaders in preventing and solving the world’s challenges.
The Global Advocacy Manager will play a key role in determining where they now take their global advocacy work, and how they work with their country hubs around regional and national policy-making on issues including livelihoods, sexual rights, humanitarian response and the monitoring and accountability of the Global Goals.
The Global Advocacy Manager will support the development of emerging policy and advocacy across the organisation, coordinate specific influencing opportunities and ensure a coherent approach for policy and advocacy through key networks and coalitions. The Manager will also work closely with the advocacy staff in their New York office, in particular our newly appointed Gender Advocacy Manager, in their Africa and Asia country offices, and their Campaigns and Communications teams to link global advocacy and policy-making with our campaigns around key youth development priorities.

Salary: £33,628 gross per annum
