Youth Democracy Award 2018 for Europeans (Win up to €3000 in Bonn, Germany)

Deadline: April 15, 2018

The Federal Agency for Civic Education (Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung, bpb) invites entries for the Youth Democracy Award 2018. The Youth Democracy Award honors projects, initiatives and activities by and for young people who do not only commit themselves for democracy, but also reveal current difficulties and challenges of democracy.

Because democratic structures cannot be taken for granted, but always need to be developed further – on your own or within a group. No matter what kind of project you have created: a demonstration, a YouTube video clip, a theater play or something completely different, you can think of everything! If you commit yourself against homophobia, racism, sexism or in favor of disabled people, there are no limits to your fantasy and especially for your commitment!
