Applications are open for the IIBN New York’s Leadership & Executive Acceleration Program (LEAP) 2019. LEAP is a high-impact development program for Irish and Irish-American women who will gain access to the tools, insights, mentors, and role models necessary to achieve their goals and accelerate their careers.
The mission of LEAP is to help women advance in the workplace and strengthen the roles women can play in each other’s success. LEAP lasts about five months. The 2019 program will run from February to June. All participants will be expected to commit to the duration of the program and expected time commitment is 2-4 hours weekly.

- There is no cost for participating in the program.
- Participants receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the program.
Eligibility
- Open to accomplished women professionals, at various stages of their careers, interested in being part of the development of the next generation of Irish women business leaders;
- All applicants should be currently employed or run their own business entity.
Application
Potential participants can apply online and will be screened by a subcommittee of the IIBN. We are currently accepting applications on a rolling basis. The deadline for applications is on January 11, 2019. All applications must be committed to LEAP in the Community and contribute in meaningful ways to the project goals.
