Go City UK Scholarship Competition 2023: Win £3,000 plus sightseeing passes

Calling all students in the UK! Go City has launched its UK Scholarship Competition and are giving away cash and other prizes. Being a student is means living an expensive life – Books, tuition fees, coffee’s and energy drinks to get you through last-minute exam cramming means it’s not often a student’s priority is to go sightseeing with limited funds.

Go City are a sightseeing pass business who believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience the best of their favourite city. As part of their ongoing student integration initiatives within the business Go City are giving one lucky winner the chance to explore their favourite city and see multiple attractions for free with a bunch of their attraction passes.

You can check out top museums and must-see landmarks, learn from the locals on a walking tour, or discover something you didn’t even know existed – Go City pack the best bucket list spots in 30 worldwide cities so there’s plenty for you to discover and it’s likely you’re not too far away from one of their cities.  

It’s not just sightseeing passes that are up for grabs in this competition, the lucky winner will receive a one-time £3,000 academic scholarship award to put towards all those University musts. Whether you want to pay for accommodation, finally get a copy of that eye-wateringly expensive textbook, or bulk-buy several months’ worth of ready meals, how it’s spent is up to you! 

Benefits

To summarise the winner of the UK Go City Education Scholarship will receive: 

  1. A 10-pass allowance* for you (plus your friends and family) to check out your favourite city’s best attractions and experiences. Choose your favourite city their website. 
  2. A one-time award of £3,000 to put towards books, expenses and any other study necessities. The winner will have the funds transferred directly to their account.  

*Mix and match 10 of the following pass types: 

  • The All-Inclusive Pass (with this pass you can visit as many attractions as you wish over two days).  
  • The Explorer Pass (with this pass you can choose three attractions to visit, and you’ll have 60 days to visit them!). 

Eligibility

To qualify for this scholarship:

  • You must be enrolled at a UK university
  • Either be a British citizen, permanent resident or currently studying in the U.K. on a student visa.
  • Only one submission per person will be accepted.
