Applications are open for the ART Street Regular Illustration Contest 2023. The theme for June is “Weather”! Sunny, rainy, or cloudy…your feelings of the day will vary depending on the weather. Add the weather elements to your illustrations to give them more backstory!
The contest is organized by MediBang, a Japanese company headquartered in Tokyo. MediBang is aiming to bridge the gap between creators and their fans even more. On MediBang users can quickly turn their comics into ebooks that people can read in their browsers the moment they are uploaded. Creators can also share those works on multiple social networks from MediBang. MediBang hopes that this will help bridge the gap between users and bring creators and their fans closer together.

- Grand Prize (1 winner max): 50,000 JPY
- Excellent Award (1 winner max): 10,000 JPY
- Sunny Day Award (1 winner max): 10,000 JPY
- Rainy Day Award (1 winner max): 10,000 JPY
- Cloudy Day Award (1 winner max): 10,000 JPY
- Snowy Day Award (1 winner max): 10,000 JPY
Eligibility
- Anyone can enter the contest, regardless of whether they are a professional artist or artist by hobby.
- Contestants are welcome to submit multiple works.
- Only original works that contenders own all the rights to and free for distribution may be submitted.
- You may enter an artwork you have posted on social media such as Twitter in the past. You can also post your contest artworks on social media during the entry period.
- You can submit any artwork that is drawn by any paint tool applications (including MediBang Paint) in analog and digital.
Entry Format
- JPG, PNG, PSD, MDP（File size: Under 30MB)
- No designated size, but the DPI must be at least 300
