Applications are open for the African German Young Leaders in Business (AGYLE) Program 2024. Through cross-border exchange and direct encounters, you, as a young leader, will develop your responsible leadership
skills, shape the transition towards a circular economy and lay the foundation for further economic cooperation: sustainable, fair, agile.
AGYLE is a programme of the Agency for Business & Economic Development (AWE) and Germany – Land of Ideas. AWE is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and supported by GIZ and DEG Impulse.

Eligibility
You are…
- a young leader up to 40 years of age;
- from the field of business, politics, or media;
- dealing with innovative solutions in the field of circular economy;
- from Ethiopia, Ghana, Rwanda, Senegal, Tunisia, or Germany;
- willing to actively participate in the Young Leaders Alumni network.
Previous experience, already existing cooperations or projects in Africa are not necessary.
