NerdzFactory Company Limited is seeking highly qualified experts in various fields to join their team for an exciting opportunity to support programs through Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) services across several countries within the Western and Central African Region (WCAR). They are looking for experienced professionals in the fields of WASH, Health (HIV), Nutrition, Education, and Child Protection to ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of initiatives. This is a unique chance to contribute to impactful projects and enhance the well-being of communities in the region.

  • WASH Experts
  • Health Experts (HIV)
  • Nutrition Experts

  • Child Protection Experts

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive field monitoring activities and site visits in designated sites.
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Engage with local communities, partners, and beneficiaries.
  • Prepare detailed reports in line with our standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure all activities comply with ethical standards and protocols.

Eligibility

  • WASH Experts: Bachelor’s degree in Water, Sanitation, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in WASH-related roles within humanitarian or development settings.
  • Health Experts (HIV): Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in HIV program implementation and monitoring within humanitarian or development settings.
  • Nutrition Experts: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in nutrition program implementation and monitoring within humanitarian or development settings.
  • Education Experts: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in education program implementation and monitoring within humanitarian or development settings.
  • Child Protection Experts: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Law, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in child protection program implementation and monitoring within humanitarian or development settings.

They are specifically looking for experts based in or with extensive experience in the following countries:

  • Nigeria
  • Ghana
  • Sierra Leone
  • Liberia
  • The Gambia
  • Cameroon
  • Togo
  • Benin
  • Guinea
  • Niger
  • Burkina Faso

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the local context in the specified countries.
  • Experience working with international organizations is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is an advantage.
  • Excellent data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage complex work projects.
