The PowerUp Program, sponsored by Access and fully implemented by NerdzFactory Foundation, is a comprehensive training platform focused on job creation and entrepreneurship. It provides young Nigerians with hands-on business skills, offering a unique blend of masterclasses, practical training, and opportunities to pitch business ideas.
The program features:

- PowerUp Training Sessions
- PowerUp Pitch and Demo Day
Participants will learn critical business concepts, including:
- Digital Marketing Strategies
- Financial Management for Small Businesses
- Crafting a Winning Pitch Deck
- Business Planning and Modeling
- Fundraising and Investment Sourcing
- Brand Development and Positioning
