Deadline: March 23, 2025

Applications are invited for the Visa for Music 2025. Since its inception, Visa for Music has established itself as an essential platform for promoting artists and music from Africa and the Middle East. This professional music market brings together artists, producers, agents, and industry professionals each year.

The festival annually highlights the richness and diversity of emerging talents while encouraging artistic exchanges between different cultures. With a diverse program featuring live showcases, conferences, workshops, and professional networking, Visa for Music offers a unique platform to discover new sounds and share ideas.

Benefits

  • No artist fees, travel costs (plane tickets, train, etc.), or other expenses (e.g., Moroccan visa fees) are covered.
  • A stage and necessary equipment will be provided for the showcase (except for specific requirements such as guitars, basses, unique percussion instruments, or grand pianos).
  • Airport transfers and accommodation will be provided for up to 6 members of the group (for one to three nights, depending on the country of residence, in twin rooms).
  • A per diem of 500 MAD per person will be provided on the day of the showcase (up to a maximum of 3,000 MAD per group).
  • Promotion of the showcase through Visa for Music’s extensive network (social media, newsletters, online marketing, etc.).
  • Artist passes (for group members and their manager) granting free access to all Visa for Music activities.

  • Groups that have previously applied but were not selected may apply again.
