Are you driving transformative solutions for women’s health in Nigeria? Apply for the Banking on Women’s Health Innovation Award 2025. The Banking on Women’s Health Innovation Award is seeking bold ideas to improve women’s health and well-being.

Women spend 25% more time in poor health than men, yet their health has been consistently underestimated, underfunded, and under-researched. This award aims to change that by supporting innovators like you who are working to improve women’s health outcomes in Nigeria.

Innovations must address women’s health issues, including but not limited to:

  • Maternal care
  • Reproductive health
  • Fibroids
  • Oncology
  • Menopause
  • Menstrual health

Benefits

  • Award Winner: ₦5,000,000 grant funding
  • 1st Runner Up: ₦3,000,000 grant funding
  • 2nd Runner Up: ₦2,000,000 grant funding

All winners will also receive:

  • Access to investors and partners
  • Mentorship from industry experts
  • Increased visibility and recognition

Eligibility

  • Applicants must be Nigerian residents or Nigerian-founded entities (individuals, teams, or startups).
  • Innovations must focus on women’s health (e.g., maternal care, reproductive health, fibroids, oncology, menopause, menstrual health, etc.).
  • Solutions must be at least at the prototype stage, with preference for those with minimum viable products (MVPs), or implemented projects.
  • Open to all genders, but innovations must prioritize women’s health outcomes.

Application

Apply now and be part of the movement to transform healthcare for women in Nigeria and beyond.
