Applications are open for the Google Data Center Community AI Fellowship 2025. The Google Data Center Community AI Fellowship offers a 16-week immersive program, equipping impact-driven local leaders with the skills and resources to apply AI and technology in resolving their communities’ most pressing challenges.

They provide fellows with award-winning training, dedicated mentorship from industry professionals, financial resources, and access to a powerful global network—all designed to help scale solutions that create lasting social, economic, and environmental impact in Google Data Center Communities.

Benefits

Through this fully-funded Google Data Center Community AI Fellowship, supported by Google and Watson Institute, you’ll gain the tools, mentorship, and network needed to scale your local community impact. The Fellowship is specifically optimized for founders and leaders leveraging technology and AI, with carefully selected facilitators, mentors, and speakers who bring deep expertise in these areas.

  • Pitch Development & Professional Recording
    • Refine how you communicate your venture’s impact and vision to stakeholders.
    • Create a professionally recorded pitch video you can use beyond the Fellowship.
    • Master the art of engaging and persuading key audiences.
  • Skill Enhancement & Leadership Growth
    • Develop essential skills through hands-on workshops focused on strategic planning, venture development, and problem-solving.
    • Build resilience and adaptability for the entrepreneurial journey.

    • Receive one-on-one guidance from experienced mentors and industry professionals.

    • Connect with mission-aligned leaders, funders, and industry influencers.

  • Real-World Experience Through Basecamp
    • Design and lead a Basecamp community event with provided training and resources.
    • Put your leadership skills into action through hands-on experience.
    • Receive a stipend to support your community initiative.

Eligibility

  • You are an entrepreneur or community leader dedicated to creating impact in your local community and leveraging AI and technology in your venture. You have a strong connection to your community and a track record of creating positive change.
  • Your nonprofit or for-profit organization has an established business model and is actively serving customers or beneficiaries in your community. You’re now ready to scale your impact with the support of dedicated mentorship and resources.
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older and located in and/or creating impact in a Google Data Center Community in the United States, Finland, and the United Kingdom.

Application

Candidates complete the online application in approximately 30 minutes. Submit by the priority deadline of June 22, 2025, for early consideration. Applications will continue to be reviewed on a rolling basis until all spots are filled.
