Nominations are open for the L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth Class of 2026. L’Oréal Paris proudly marks 20 years of celebrating extraordinary women who make a lasting impact in their communities through compassion, leadership, and service. The Women of Worth program honors remarkable changemakers across the United States who dedicate their time to nonprofit initiatives that inspire others and drive meaningful progress.

Whether advocating for equity, education, health, sustainability, or empowerment, each Woman of Worth represents the spirit of service that strengthens communities and reminds us that one person can indeed make a difference.

Award

  • Each awardee receives $25,000 to support their causes, mentorship from the L’Oréal Paris network and a national platform to share their stories.

Eligibility

  • Open to changemakers across the United States.
  • Eligible applicants include women leading or deeply involved in nonprofit organizations that address pressing social, cultural, or environmental issues.

Nomination

Nominations for the Women of Worth Class of 2026 are open now through March 8, 2026.
