Are you a young Lagos resident looking to build practical skills for a career in Graphics Design or Digital Marketing? Applications are now open for Cohort 3 of the Design & Digital Marketing School Lagos Program, an employability-focused training programme designed to equip young people with practical digital skills, workplace competencies and access to opportunities that can support their transition into the world of work.
The programme is implemented by NerdzFactory Company as part of the Lagos State Employability Support Project, with support from the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) and GIZ.
What You Can Learn
Participants can choose from two training tracks:
- Graphics Design
- Digital Marketing
The programme focuses on practical, hands-on learning that helps participants build relevant skills and prepare for employment, freelance opportunities and other income-generating pathways.

The first two cohorts of the Design & Digital Marketing School Lagos Programtrained 196 young people, with 183 participants completing the programme and 147 placements facilitated across internships, entry-level roles, remote work and entrepreneurship.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a resident of Lagos State, Nigeria
- Have a valid LASSARA ID
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Have completed at least secondary education
- Be available and committed to participating throughout the entire training programme

- Training Format: Physical
- Venue: NerdzFactory HQ, 2B Insha Allah Street, Ramat Crescent, Ogudu GRA, Lagos State
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Training Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM WAT daily
- Training Starts: October 5, 2026
