Applications are open for the BeChangeMaker Program 2024. Are you an entrepreneur with a business idea that can contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals? Join BeChangeMaker 2024, the eighth edition of the social entrepreneurship acceleration programme presented by WorldSkills and the HP Foundation and supported by UNESCO-UNEVOC.

BeChangeMaker is an annual online training programme providing tools and technology for startup acceleration, dedicated coaching, mentoring and customized support, as well as the opportunity to tap into a diverse global network of potential supporters and investors. Be part of the solutions for achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Benefits

  • BeChangeMaker provides access to high quality learning content on HP LIFE, tools and technology for startup acceleration, dedicated coaching, mentoring and customized support, as well as the opportunity to tap into a diverse global network of potential supporters and investors.
  • From June to September, the high-quality learning content on HP LIFE tailored for entrepreneurs, business owners, students, and lifelong learners all over the world will be made available to the 30 teams selected to take part in the programme.
  • Along the way, a series of online pitches will lead the top five teams to present their social business ideas in front of a global crowd at the 47th WorldSkills Competition this September in Lyon, France, and a chance to win cash prizes.
  • The top five teams will each receive EUR 1,000 worth of customized post-programme training.
  • The top three teams will each receive EUR 2,000 cash award to further invest in their ideas.

Eligibility

  • Be receiving general or vocational education and training or have finished general or vocational education and training at the time of participation.
  • If your business idea can solve global issues, join BeChangeMaker 2024 and make the world a better place.
