They are seeking a Design Program Management intern to join the Adobe Design team! This is an opportunity to be part of the creative organization that is responsible for Adobe’s Creative Cloud, the team that brings you their beloved professional creative products from Photoshop to Premiere Pro. Design Program Managers within Adobe Design are leaders within the teams and trusted partners to their cross-functional peers. They work across various product teams to understand, communicate, and manage the delivery of design and customer experiences. They interface directly with executives, product managers, and engineering leadership to bring their products to life.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, content strategists, researchers, and prototypers
- Balance multiple inputs of priorities and needs across your team
- Capture requirements and goals
- Prioritize design and development efforts with multiple dependencies
- Craft and manage schedules
- Communicate project and program status
Benefits
- The compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and they pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $38.00 — $51.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
Eligibility
- Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2025 – December 2026.
- Interest or experience in leading projects with a strong organizational mindset.
- An interest in the field of design operations and working within a creative team.
- Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate in an environment of ambiguity with diverse partners.
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-September.
