Deadline: January 31, 2025

Applications are open for the AIIDEV SDGs Campus Ambassador Programme Cohort 3. The SDGs Campus Ambassador Programme is a transformative 10-week leadership odyssey, designed to ignite the potential of tertiary institution students as torchbearers of sustainable development. It serves as a crucible where young minds are forged into global leaders and catalysts for meaningful change, guided by the vision of a more equitable and sustainable future.

Students, often referred to as the architects of tomorrow, are positioned at the heart of this initiative. Recognizing their pivotal role as the bedrock of societal progress, the programme equips them with the tools, insights, and determination to carve pathways toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It is not merely a leadership programme but a bridge to a brighter horizon, where knowledge meets action.

The programme’s ambitious vision is to cultivate a constellation of 10 million socially responsible leaders by 2030—each one a beacon of hope and innovation. By embedding the principles of sustainable development across more than 5,000 tertiary institutions in Africa, it seeks to transform campuses into incubators of ideas and engines of progress, fostering community-based projects that resonate with the SDGs and radiate tangible social impact.
