- Supervision of projects and new initiatives: Oversee innovative interventions or initiatives, contributing to meaningful and transformative change.
- Management and development of operational units: Play a key role in managing and enhancing operational units, functions, or processes, driving efficiency and innovation.
- Leadership in research and programme development: Take the lead in designing and executing cutting-edge research and programmes, shaping impactful solutions for Bangladesh’s development challenges.

Stipend

Eligibility
- Open to female candidates who have taken a career break at any stage of their professional journey but possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience, gained in reputable organisations.
