Applications are open for the Inclusive Action Awards – Global 2025. The Inclusive Action Awards – Global, celebrate and recognize small and medium enterprises (SMEs) working to create more and better opportunities for women in emerging economies—as entrepreneurs, employees, and consumers.
Brought to you by the Inclusive Action Hub, led by Value for Women and supported by Visa Foundation. They are looking for enterprises in low- or middle-income countries with fewer than 250 employees, actively driving gender inclusion.

Eligibility
- Be a medium-to-high-growth organisations (for-profit or non-profit) with fewer han 250 employees.
- Operate at any stage of business development, from start-up to maturity.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to creating social impact.
- Be formally registered, legally recognised, and in good standing with relevant authorities in your country of operation.
- Show evidence of gender-inclusive practices in your organisation’s policies, activities and operations.
- Maintain a proven record of integrity and ethical business practices.
