Applications are open for the QuickBooks x Mailchimp Small Business Hero Program 2025. The Small Business Hero Program is designed to celebrate and empower small businesses that demonstrate courage, perseverance, and integrity while making a positive impact in their communities.
Small businesses are the backbone of the U.S. economy, and the Small Business Hero Program is a way to give back to those who fuel neighborhoods and communities within the country. By nominating a small business, you are helping them access crucial resources to continue making a difference and further their impact.
Benefits
- $20,000 Grant to help scale and grow the business.
- Instagram Posts featured on @quickbooks and @mailchimp (valued at $7,000).
- 12 Months Free QuickBooks Online Advanced to streamline operations and financials (value: $2,208).
- 12 Months Free Mailchimp Standard Marketing Plan for up to 100,000 contacts (value: $9,600).
- A feature on QuickBooks Blog (valued at $500).
Eligibility
- Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
- Each Business must be located in and operate in the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) and must:
- have been established (meaning the actual business formation/when the Business registered with their Secretary of State) for at least one (1) year at the time of nomination;
- have no more than ninety-nine (99) W-2 employees, including Business owner(s) as of the date of entry into the Contest;
- be for profit or a 501(c) (3) organization;
- be currently active and lawful, including but not limited to having all required licenses and registrations; and
- not be a prior winner of the Intuit QuickBooks and Mailchimp Small Business Hero Program contest in the past 2 years.
