Applications are now open for the Customer Service Management and Sales Support Training Program. The Bridge 2 Work Program is a FULLY-FUNDED employability training and placement initiative proudly implemented by Obsidian Advisory Africa as part of the LSETF-GIZ Employability Support Program.

The program is designed to equip young Nigerians with relevant skills and connect them to job opportunities in the Trade Sector, specifically within the creative industry. It is your gateway into high-demand jobs in customer service, sales, and support roles across Nigeria’s fastest-growing companies.

  • Sales Support
  • Customer Service Management

Program Details

Training Dates:

  • Cohort 1 : July 2025
  • Cohort 2 : September 2025

Location: Bridge by Obsidian, 6 University Road, Above Bokku Mart, Abule Oja , Yaba, Lagos

Fee: Absolutely free

Who Should Apply

  • Age: 18–35
  • Minimum Education: National Diploma (ND)
  • Residency: You must live in Lagos and possess a LASRRA ID
