Deadline: August 10, 2025

Applications are now open for the Women Deliver Conference 2026 Scholarships. The Women Deliver 2026 Conference (WD2026) will take place from 27-30 April, 2026, in Narrm (Melbourne), Australia. With the goal of centering the leadership and lived experience of feminists, First Nations Leaders, and advocates from the region, Women Deliver is offering scholarships to youth from or based in the Oceanic Pacific — especially for those who may not otherwise be able to join.

WD2026 centers the leadership and lived experience of feminists, First Nations leaders, and advocates across the Oceanic Pacific. Over 6,500 advocates — from grassroots organizers to policymakers — will gather to share strategies, build solidarity, and shape bold feminist futures.

Benefits

The Scholarship Covers:

  • Full Conference registration
  • Hotel accommodation during the Conference (26-30 April, 2026)
  • Roundtrip economy airfare
  • Visa fees and related costs
  • Per diems to cover local transportation and daily meals
  • Travel insurance

For participants with disabilities who require a support person, or adolescents under age 18 who need to travel with a guardian, the scholarship also covers expenses for one accompanying person.

Eligibility

At this time, scholarships are exclusively available to young people of various identities and backgrounds from or based in the Oceanic Pacific region. Priority will be given to:

  • Youth under the age of 29 (as of 1 January, 2026)
  • Community-based activists
  • Young people from historically marginalized communities, including First Nations and Indigenous individuals, LGBTQIA+ individuals, internally displaced persons and refugees, persons with disabilities, and adolescent girls and women from under-resourced populations
  • Youth who haven’t previously received a Women Deliver Conference Scholarship

*Per the Pacific Community (SPC), the Oceanic Pacific region is composed of these 24 countries and territories: American Samoa, Australia, Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, and Wallis and Futuna.

Application

Applications will be reviewed by members of the WD2026 Coordination Group, Regional Steering Committee, and Women Deliver staff. Selection is based on the strength and clarity of responses provided in the application form. All applicants will be notified by November 2025.

This scholarship application will be open from July 18 to August 10, 2025, at 9:59 PM AEST (UTC +10) / 11:59 PM FJT (UTC +12). Applicants will be notified of outcomes in November.
