Deadline: October 31, 2025

Applications are open for the Yves Rocher Foundation Terre de Femmes Award 2026. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Terre de Femmes programme and the 35th anniversary of the Yves Rocher Foundation, they are launching for the very first time a unique global Call for Projects for the 2026 edition. This year, the France and International editions are merging around one powerful and unifying theme: The Tree, Guardian of Life!

Do you have a project that takes concrete action for trees, whether in France or abroad? Then this call for applications is for you!

Theme: The Tree, Guardian of Life!

Present on every continent, trees sustain life on Earth. They shelter invaluable biodiversity and play a crucial role in regulating the climate and water cycles. From community orchards to the Amazon canopy, trees are key actors in the living world.

By stabilising and regenerating soils, filtering water, moderating temperatures, and absorbing CO₂, trees provide countless vital ecosystem services. They are also deeply rooted in our cultures, stories, and ways of life. Yet global deforestation continues at an alarming rate, endangering not only forest ecosystems but also the communities and living beings that depend on them.

In cities, in the countryside, in primary forests or agricultural areas, rethinking our relationship with trees has become an ecological, social, and cultural urgency.
