The AI Ventures Accelerator is a free accelerator from Technovation and Generation Unlimited that fast-tracks teams of young women from idea to investor-ready AI venture with a chance at $10,000 in equity-free seed funding.
You have an idea for a tech product that would actually serve your community. They’ll help you make it real. The AI Ventures Accelerator exists to jumpstart new tech businesses from young women with exciting ideas and an interest in technology and entrepreneurship.
12 Weeks to Build a Viable AI-Powered Venture. This accelerator is an intensive 12-week program that combines AI education, entrepreneurship training, and human-centered design to help you develop technology solutions that address real-world challenges. You’ll gain hands-on experience building AI applications, training machine learning models, and creating business strategies that attract investors and customers. You’ll build both the technical and business skills needed to launch and scale an AI venture and compete for one of ten placements as a Top Ten team, which includes winning $10,000 in seed funding.

- Seed Funding & Live Pitch Opportunity: The top ten teams get $10,000 (a combined $100,000 in equity-free seed funding) to launch their business and will pitch their ideas live at the inaugural Demo Day event. The top 25 get further post-program incubation support to secure venture capital. This isn’t just prize money. It’s real capital you can use to hire developers, acquire customers, build your product, and turn your prototype into a thriving business.
Eligibility
The AI Ventures Accelerator is for you if you…
- Are young women aged 19-24 (teams of 2-4 preferred, solo founders also welcome)
- Are interested in technology and AI
- Have a problem you want to solve
- Are interested in launching an AI based business
- Can commit 10-15 hours per week for 12 weeks
- Currently reside in India, Nigeria, Mexico or the US. For this 1st round of the AI Ventures Accelerator, applications are only accepted from candidates in Mexico, Nigeria, India and the US, though in the future they hope to offer this opportunity to applicants across the globe.
Criteria
No prior coding or AI experience required. Just bring your ideas, your drive, and your willingness to learn.
Teams are encouraged! While solo founders are welcome, we strongly encourage you to find co-founders before applying. The best startups have complementary team members with a variety of skills and expertise! We welcome recent graduates, students, budding entrepreneurs, and anyone with a strong interest in AI and technology problem-solving.

The Top Ten teams will be selected in March 2026. Demo Day will take place in October 2026.
