Opportunity Desk is excited to host an inspiring Instagram Live conversation spotlighting innovation, technology, and equitable healthcare access in Africa. On 30 April, we will be joined by Aminu, of Getwell Innovations, to discuss how technology and improved access to healthcare can transform health outcomes in rural communities across Africa. Through its work, Getwell Innovations is helping to close critical gaps in healthcare delivery for underserved populations, showing how innovation can save lives, prevent avoidable deaths, and bring quality care closer to the people who need it most.

Conversation Theme : Improving Rural Healthcare in Africa Through Technology and Access
In this practical and insightful session, Aminu will share how Getwell Innovations is leveraging innovation and technology to make healthcare more accessible in underserved rural communities. The conversation will explore how better healthcare access can strengthen community wellbeing, reduce preventable deaths, and create more inclusive health systems across Africa. This session is designed for young innovators, entrepreneurs, development practitioners, health advocates, policymakers, and anyone interested in using innovation to improve lives and expand access to essential services.
