The National Youth Coalition for Education (NYCE) invites youth and organizations in Pakistan to join the coalition. NYCE is the platform to create a coalition of youth and youth led organisations on education and raise a common and collective voice on Education. The aim is to mass mobilise youth from diverse communities to open dialogue on policy making and implementation of the article 25/A which highlights the basic right to education.
The program includes training and capacity building of youth and youth led organisations to work more effectively on education in their local communities. These sessions will be carried out across the country and selective youth organisations will form a board of this coalition which will develop a common action plan on Education. Participants will be give opportunity to meet with the like-minded individuals, engage in local community service, cultivate their leadership skills and take part in the governmental process regarding the aims of the coalition.
National Youth Coalition for Education is a country wide coalition of youth led organizations to raise a collective voice for Education. It is an initiative taken by Beydaar Society (A youth led organization) by the support of “Foundation Open Society Institute – Pakistan”
Eligibility
- Organisers seek participants that exhibit serious interest in pursuing the aims of the program and show dedication and commitment towards the betterment of education system.
- The participant should demonstrate a desire to be actively involved in cause and to deepen their civic engagement.

Deadline: Individual and organisational memberships are open all year through however, the organisational members and implementing partners would be given position on the planning board on first come, first serve basis. The executive team recruitment closes on December 30, 2016.
