6th PES-Group Photo Competition: Win a trip to Brussels and prize worth €2000

Are you resident in any of the 27 European Union Member States? Would you like to win up to EUR 2,000 worth of photographic equipment, plus a trip to Brussels? This is your chance to compete. So get your camera out and start snapping! Tell us your story of Europe in a photo. Be creative, imaginative and original!

The PES Group invites entries for the sixth edition of its “Europe, I’ve got something to tell you” annual photo competition. This contest challenges amateur photographers to capture in a photo their expectations from Europe. It might be about building Europe together, being a European citizen, or showing us how you envisage your place in Europe. The Competition is organised under the theme: “Europe, I have someting to tell you”, in the framework of 2013, European Year of Citizens.

Eligibility

 

In order to enter the competition, you must fulfill the following conditions:

  • Be resident in one of the 27 EU Member States (but participants of any nationality can enter);.
  • Be 18 years old or older at the moment when you enter the competition;
  • Compliance with the theme of the competition is compulsory. Participants should illustrate through a photography what they expect from the EU.
  • Only one entry per participant is allowed;
  • For amateur only! Professional photographers and anyone else working in the field of photography will be automatically excluded from the competition.

Prizes

The best entries will be awarded the following:

  • First prize: A 3 days trip for two persons to Brussels, capital of Europe, and photographic/electronic equipment worth 2000€.
  • Second prizeA 3 days trip for two persons to Brussels, capital of Europe, and photographic/electronic equipment worth 1500€.
  • Third prizeA 3 days trip for two persons to Brussels, capital of Europe, and photographic/electronic equipment worth 500€.
  • Prize of the public – NEWA 3 days trip for two persons to Brussels, the capital of Europe, and photographic or electronic equipment worth 500€.
