Young professionals and students in the EU are invited to apply for the InnoApps Challenge, a four-month pan-European challenge. This is a unique opportunity for young European developers with great ideas to improve the world around them! The theme for the InnoApps is ‘Social Inclusion’ under three inspiring topics: e-Skills, Entrepreneurship and e-Participation. Do you want to help others? Optimise your environment? Improve the world around you? Simply focus on where your App can can make the biggest difference.
Huawei is also pleased to announce the special Female Developer Prize, designed to highlight female role models to encourage more girls to delve into the fascinating world of technology! Participants will have the opportunity to win the grand prize of up to EUR 5000, a trip to China, full commercialization support to develop their app and other amazing prizes.
Eligibility
- Student or young professional resident in a member state of the European Union
- Not older than 26 years old at the time of submitting your application
Assessment Criteria (based on the quality and completeness of the answers to the questions listed above)
- Creative, well-structured and convincing video message and presentation
- Reasonable plan for developing the application
- Clear concept of the application’s impact on European society within the social inclusion theme
