2014 Journalists International Internship Program in Germany

The International Journalists’ College (IJK) is accepting applications for the 2014 Journalists International Internship Program. This is a three-month program that consists of a seminar program on history, politics, economy and culture, media and journalism in Germany, six-week internships in Berlin’s TV, radio, online or newspaper editors and a week-long trip through Germany.
- Applications are open to students of Journalism and German with journalistic experience from Belarus, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, the Caucasus and Central Asia .
- They must be in the first or 2 Year of the master’s degree or the final year of graduate study (“diploma specialista”) are located.
- Because the program is conducted in German, very good knowledge of German is required.
The participants receive a stipend of € 750.00 and a travel allowance and also an inexpensive accommodation in a dormitory in Berlin.
