How is climate change impacting your community? What are you doing about it? What needs to be done to solve the climate challenge? Action4Climate invites young aspiring filmmakers to produce and submit a 1-12 minute documentary about local climate change impacts and mitigation. Stand a chance to win a cash prize up to US$15000 or video equipment.
The contest is open to young filmmakers from all over the world (individuals and teams of 5 or less) in two age groups: 14–17 and 18–35.
Award-winning film directors and producers, and international organization representatives, including Wim Wenders, Rachel Kyte, and Bernardo Bertolucci, will select the winning entries. Winning films will receive a cash prize of up to $15000, screen at leading film festivals and feature on the MTV Voices platform.
