The Novo Nordisk Graduate Programme is a 2 year global career journey at Novo Nordisk in Denmark. Do you hold a recent master’s degree, and do you want a successful career in one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies? If yes, the Novo Nordisk Graduate Programme is what you are looking for. They offer 60 graduates job opportunities within 10 different programmes for talents with a recently acquired master degree .

Novo Nordisk Graduate Programme will take you through a minimum of three job rotations, with at least one based in Novo’s corporate headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, and one in a selected global affiliate. During this time you will explore the company and learn the Novo Nordisk way. You will gather international experience, be exposed to various projects and start building a strong network of professional and dedicated colleagues. Upon completion of the programme, our graduates are hired in positions ranging from executive assistants to internal consultants, specialists and international project managers.
