Coloplast Global Career Challenge is now open! Coloplast is a leading medtech company headquartered in Denmark with offices in 55 countries around the globe. Join the Coloplast Global Career Challenge to be eligible for a wide range of opportunities with a company that prioritizes your personal and professional development.

1. The Coloplast Global Graduate Programme 

The Coloplast Global Graduate Programme is a highly-competitive, three-year programme designed to kick-start your career. Up to fifteen spots spread over six countries are available annually. If selected, you will hold two intensive 18-month rotations between our headquarters in Denmark and in a subsidiary country, giving you the chance to develop your skills in real jobs across our business units.

Eligibility: Recent Business, Accounting/Finance and Engineering graduates fluent in English and ready to embark on an international journey of professional and personal development.

Eligible Countries: Germany, China, Poland, Denmark, USA & France.

2. Global Talent Pool

Apply for the opportunity to join the Coloplast team – positions could be at our headquarters in Denmark or in one of our subsidiaries around the globe, within Sales, Research & Development, Marketing, Operations or Corporate Functions.

Eligibility: Open to anyone who wants to become part of the Coloplast talent pool and be considered for future global positions.
