Global industrial corporation NN Inc. are looking for talent from around the world to come up with new, innovative ideas for the use of precision balls. The competition is ‘inspired by iNNovation’, looking for creativity together with a good dose of entrepreneurial spirit. NN been producing precision steel balls since their foundation. Our Metal Bearing Components produces approximately 7 billion balls per year, ranging in size from 3mm to 90mm diameter. You could find these balls in a wide range of applications including automotive, aerospace, medical, general industry electronics and they are looking for any possible, practicable and new application in the light of modern technology.
Eligibility
- All submissions must be in English
- You must be 18 years or older or have written parental consent to compete.
- Winners must abide by the application requirements of the host organisation.
Award
First place winner will receive 3,000 Euros cash prize and their idea implemented by NN Inc. Winners will also have the opportunity to visit an NN Inc. facility for an awards ceremony and hands-on experience!
Second and third place winners will receive €2,000 and €1,000 cash prize, respectively.
