Promocode.com.ph is launching an essay writing contest for young students who have the ability to compose and write a nice and interesting piece. The essay writing competition aims to help the youth to unleash their critical thinking abilities. This contest also aims to inspire the society to learn from young minds. Promocode.com.ph’s goal is to help the students’ lives better by providing financial assistance through different contests. And an essay writing contest is a very good way of reaching out to the youth today. They are inviting all students to grab this amazing opportunity and take part in the essay writing competition.
Writing an essay is a great avenue for one’s thoughts and ideas. Essay writing allows the discovery of additional knowledge by means of research and discussion of different topics in a much better manner. It can also help in the improvement of a person’s writing skills and can enhance a student’s spelling, grammar, and vocabulary. For people, especially for the youth, essay writing is an outlet for their thoughts and emotions. Young people can see themselves as sensible, sincere individuals that are capable of invading self-expression.

Eligibility
- To be eligible, applicant must be a Filipino and a student;
- Applicants should be aged 18 to 25 years old;
- Each entry must be original and in English. It must also be unpublished and unproduced;
- It is important to note that this is one essay per student only. Each essay must be written by one student only and co-authored entries will not be accepted.

- Select a font that is easy to read and avoid using any decorative font. 12-point type is preferred but not mandatory.
- Entries exceeding the word count requirement will be disqualified. The organizers reserve the right to reject any plagiarized entry.
- Submit text only and any illustrations are not accepted.
