The Israel Innovation Authority and the Pears Program for Global Innovation are now receiving applications for the India-Israel Global Innovation Challenge. They invite entrepreneurs, companies and researchers, to submit their solutions to challenges in the areas of agriculture, water and digital health. It is a unique opportunity to break into the Indian market.
India and Israel are joining forces in order to address some of the world’s most pressing innovation challenges. Launched by the governments of Israel and India during Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Israel in July 2017, the Challenge aims at supporting development of technological innovation addressing global challenges in the areas of agriculture, water and digital ̉health.

Eligibility
- Open to Israeli and Indian entrepreneurs, companies and researchers
- Anyone who has a good idea, or is working on a solution, which caters to the selected problem statements in the areas of agriculture, water, and digital health, can participate in the challenge.
- Startups, individual innovators, students, researchers, not-for-profit organizations, etc. are all eligible.
- All stages – be it ideation, prototype, ready for field trial, and further – can participate in the challenge.
