Deadline: July 1, 2020

Applications for the Nudge Global Impact Challenge 2020 are open.

The Nudge Global Impact Challenge is an eight-month online personal development programme for young professionals that focuses on leadership, sustainability and impact creation. 90 young professionals from around the world team up to learn about leadership, sustainability and impact. The programme will take place from August 2020 – April 2021 with a ‘Grand Finale’ in the second quarter of 2021 in the Netherlands

Their 1,000 alumni form a global network of like-minded young professionals creating impact within their organisations, networks and social environments. Participants join them from leading companies (profit and non-profit), social enterprises, governmental and non-governmental organisations, or while completing their studies.

This is a unique online learning experience for future leaders who want to make a global difference. They have combined leadership, sustainability and impact creation in an eight-month development programme (August 2020 – April 2021), inviting young professionals to realise their very own sustainability impact plan. They are here to provide you with the knowledge, inspiration and skills to become a force for change.

During the online programme, you will receive the necessary tools to realise the change you envision.

The Challenge and COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

The Nudge Global Impact Challenge team wants to confirm that the Challenge will continue as scheduled starting 17 August. In view of the current circumstances, the four-day learning experience in the Netherlands (initially planned two months after the start of the programme, 19 – 22 October) will be reshaped into an online programme from October 2020 – April 2021.

The components of the learning experience will instead be spread over a seven-month period (October 2020 – April 2021). Participants will take part in activities such as individualised coaching sessions, learning modules with top sustainability and leadership experts, and connecting with peers in networking meetups. On 21 and 22 June 2021, a ‘Grand Finale’ closure event will take place in the Netherlands including the Nudge Global Impact Awards night in the Peace Palace in The Hague.
