Applications for the Youth To The Front Fund 2022 are now open. We Are Family Foundation created the Youth To The Front Fund to support and fund under 30-year-old youth activists, youth-led organizations, projects, innovations, and creative solutions that are at the forefront of fighting systemic racism, inequality, inequity, and injustice in the United States and around the world.
They seek projects and project proposals that explicitly address systemic injustices and promote racial equity with and for BIPOC communities in creative and authentic ways. While the aim is to support and further the work of BIPOC individuals and communities, they encourage those who do not identify as BIPOC, but offer a project scope and design that illustrates solidarity and allyship with BIPOC individuals, communities, and organizations to also apply.
Grant
The fund ranges from $1000-$10,000.
Eligibility
- Open to youth activists, youth-led organizations, projects, innovations and creative solutions that are at the forefront of fighting systemic racism, inequality, inequity and injustice in the United States and around the world.
- You must be under 30-years-old through December 31, 2022.
- Open to projects and project proposals that explicitly address systemic injustices and promote racial equity with and for BIPOC communities in creative and authentic ways
- They prioritize applications from founder/co-founders because they feel that is where great support is needed, however, they are thoughtful about the roles of rising leaders in established organizations or initiatives.
Application
- If you successfully meet the Youth To The Front Fund eligibility criteria, you will receive an email that will provide access to the full application link in January 2022.
- Your application is not complete until your Youth To The Front Fund eligibility criteria has been approved and you have completed and submitted an application in the coming months.
- If you do not meet the Youth To The Front Fund eligibility criteria for whatever reason, they hope you continue your work to make this planet a better place.
