Applications are open for the Boost-up w/ Samsung Research Program 2024. The Boost-up w/ Samsung Research program provides a unique opportunity for startups to transform innovative ideas into reality through collaboration with Samsung Research (SR). Selected companies will receive grant funding and support to build proof-of concepts that demonstrate how their technology can enrich Samsung device experiences.
The areas of interest include:
- Health: Healthcare precision sensing (Glucose, Blood Pressure, etc.)
- Cleantech: Eco-friendly & Energy Saving (Next Gen. Heat Pump/Exchanger, Innovative Insulation tech, Maintenance-free tech, etc.)
- AI: New Model Architecture, Model Optimization (On-device)
- Home Appliance: New concept Home appliance (Damage-Free Drying, Detergent-Free Laundry, Food Storage/Care tech., etc.)
- Display/Optics: New viewing Experience (Film style/Holographic display, Metalens, etc.)
- Future Tech: Open Topics (Emerging Tech related to New Concept device, Robotics, etc.)

Eligibility
- Open to startups located in the US, Canada, Europe, Israel, and Japan.
- Submit a 6-month project proposal that describes the development plan of the proof-of-concept and its potential benefits for Samsung.
